Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order at all! And as a little bonus, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. πŸŽ‰

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the size of your order, but we typically aim for 1–2 weeks β€” and often sooner! If you need your items by a specific date, please include that in the notes at checkout or send us a message and we'll do our best to help.

Will I receive a proof or mock-up before production?

We don't send proofs as standard, but we're more than happy to provide one if you'd like β€” just ask!

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we ship within Australia only. We hope to expand in the future!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.50, or free for orders over $100.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We're based on the beautiful South Coast of NSW in the Illawarra region. If local pickup suits you better, we're happy to arrange it β€” just get in touch.

How are items packaged to prevent damage?

We take great care with every order! Everything is wrapped in eco-friendly honeycomb packaging with extra cardboard protection to keep your pieces safe on their journey to you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please message us as soon as possible with photos and we'll sort it out quickly β€” we want to make sure your event isn't disrupted.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items will need to be shipped back at your expense, and once received, we'll process your refund promptly.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel before your order has shipped, you'll receive a full refund. Please note that custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been made. If you're in this situation, please email us and we'll do our best to help.

Can I return customised pieces?

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on custom or personalised items (such as name plaques). However, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out β€” we always want to make things right.

🎨 Materials & Quality

What materials do you use?

All of our products are handcrafted from eco casting resin β€” a beautiful, sustainable material we're proud to work with.

What is casting resin?

Eco casting resin is a non-toxic, eco-friendly alternative to traditional oil-based epoxy resins. It uses a two-component mixture of mineral powder and a water-based acrylic binder, making it a more sustainable choice.

How do I care for eco resin products?

Easy care! Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid prolonged water submersion, and keep items out of dishwashers, microwaves, and direct sunlight. While durable, eco resin can scratch or stain, so avoid harsh chemicals and wipe up spills promptly.

Will colours look exactly like the photos?

Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting. As each piece is lovingly handmade, there may also be small natural variations β€” this is part of what makes every item truly one of a kind!

Do you buy the moulds used for your products?

Not at all! Every mould has been designed and made by me from scratch β€” no store-bought or mass-produced moulds here. This is what makes each piece genuinely unique.

Are your items suitable for outdoor events?

Yes! Our products are water resistant and perfectly suited for outdoor events. Just keep in mind they're not designed for long-term outdoor exposure.

Do you create matching sets (e.g. signage, table numbers, place cards)?

We love creating cohesive event styling! We're happy to work with you to design matching signage and dΓ©cor in your chosen colours across different pieces. Just get in touch to discuss your vision.

Do you offer packages or bundles?

Depending on what you're after, bundles may be possible! Send us an email before ordering and we'll see what we can do. Also, make sure you're signed up to our email list so you never miss a sale. πŸ’Œ

Can I return items after my event?

We're unable to accept returns after the 30-day window, but here's a lovely thought β€” most of our pieces make beautiful home dΓ©cor long after your event! Our table number bases double as gorgeous photo holders, perfect to keep or gift as a memento of your special day. πŸ’›
